I’m afraid I’ve been unfair to Fall. I always held it as a bit of a thug; an associate of the worst of un-pleasantries. Appearing only to herald the death of summer and threaten us of winter’s impending arrival. All the while it was a solitary, singular presence with a glorious exhibition, all its own.
